Girls, does your liquid foundation stay on all day if you don't set it with powder?

Just wondering, because i always set my liquid foundation and concealer with a powder, and i always use primer underneath which seems to make it last. But today i decided not to set it with powder cause it look a lot more natural and dewy. But it doesn't last as long. Is this what you've found?

i use cover girl, and it's best of best i think.

no, not really.


youll prolly need a touch up with it once or twice.


but it would be better, if you set the primer, the n liquid, concealer, and mineral powder.

It depends on what the person prefers to wear. I normally start applying a light layer of powder on my face first before the foundation, and after the foundation I apply more powder to set it. My make up I think might be the same brand I went some where to get it matched to my skin tone properly. But it applies evenly, and it stays in place and doesn't wear off.


I don't use any sort of primer as I never found much use for it instead of using it for eye shadow.

In my opinion liquid always looks better set with powder; it has a more ';finished'; look to it and if you sweat, it won't look as bad if you can't touch it up right away. For me, liquid just became a hassle, so I started using the full coverage powder that a lot of make-up lines have come out with. To me, it seems to be the same amount of coverage, it looks great, and it lasts. Clinique makes a good one, as well as MAC.
