What is the best liquid foundation that has THICK coverage? drugstore only?

i have never used a liquid foundation





i have to cover RAISED SCARS that are about 3 inches on my ace


and i usually wear cream cause its thick





but is there a liquid kind that is thick? i dont mind it being thick and nasty as long as it covers great
