this isnt liquid but you might like it. its dream matte mouse by mabelline. i love it! and it give my skin a natural toned glow. and it blends really well so you dont have to worry bout not having your exact skin tone. and my old english teacher(who was REALLY fair skinned) always was going on about how she finally found a foundation thats light enough for her. so you might like it.
