Revlon Colorstay for Normal/Dry Skin Makeup with SoftFlex SPF 15
is an excellent drugstore foundation. However, foundation is definitely not the makeup product you are supposed to be saving on---you are supposed to splurge on foundation.
I'd recommend Diorskin Nude Hydrating Makeup with SPF 10 to you. It's 45 dollars but EXCELLENT! for your skin type.
