Well, it depends on the type of skin you have. If you have dry skin then liquid foundation will be right for you, however; it cause your pores to clog up faster.
Using mineral makeup (powder) is mostly for oily/acne porne skin, but it dosent clog up pores as fast because it isnt liquid.
It just depends.
