i don't mind if it is expensive and i don't mind if its really cheap. i want one that is natural looking and comes in paler colours (i don't really fancy an orange face). thankyou.Best liquid foundation and best way to apply it?
SK-11 whitening foundation is the BEST that i have ever used :-)Best liquid foundation and best way to apply it?
I have two favorites. The first is ';Covergirl CG Smoothers'; its amazing! It looks soooo natural and is between $4-6. My other favorite is ';Mineral Wear Talc Free Mineral Foundation'; it is strongly reccomended by dermatologists; it doesn't clog your pores, feels great on, and is healthy for your skin; oil free, fragrance free, hypoallergenic. It also comes with a sponge attached where you just squeeze the bottle till the amount you want in on the sponge and then apply it with the sponge, it's amazing! It's priced between $6-10. Either of these can be purchased at Rite Aid, Shopko, or Walmart! Good luck! Definatly try them!
Oh I use L'oreal' it really is greaaaaaat and easy to apply with sponge or fingers. It comes in light sahdes and does look very natural. They are very good in Boots at matching your skin tone and I have always found them very helpful. Best to use a concealer after application under the eyes too, No 7 is good. Foundation costs about 拢11 and concealer same. Good investment and the best I have found and I have tried many from cheap to very expensive.
try this one from bourjois, its fab, apply it using a foundation sponge:

go into boots the girl there is always happy to help with skin tones and the no7 range is great she will Evan apply it for you and show you how to mix and match not a Saturday as they are busy have fun you will enjoy it
well i used to use rimmel but it wasnt very good. i would say buy something expensive as it would be alot better than a cheap one and apply it using a sponge
I like the Chanel and laura mercier brands.
Best way to apply is with a foundation brush and/or sponge.
Buy dior airflash foundation (拢26) it is a spray on one very easy when you have got the hang of it. all you do is spray it on your face and it sets by its self very evenly.
I love it.
Avon colour match is quite good applied with a trowel! *LOL*
Maybelline superstay silky foundation applied with a make up brush. I basically paint it on and it gives a lovely finish. This foundation also lasts 16 hours. Hope this helps.
Clarins do really lovely foundations, in all colours. Go to a big store like Fenwicks or Debenhams and the assistants will help you with the colour, even Superdrug does Clarins now. lol
I use tinted moisturiser from the Boots Natural Collection (costs about 拢2) which comes in paler tones and I always mix it with my normal moisturiser (Tesco's bnatural Radiance Balm - about 拢5). It gives enough coverage to even out my skin tone but I don't look 'made up' as such. If I'm going out and want a more flawless finish, I use a bigger blob of the tinted stuff and a light dusting of powder but I always mix it so that it looks more natural and doesn't dry my skin out. I just apply it with my fingers as I would normal moisturiser. In the summer I sometimes mix in a little of the light reflecting shimmery liquid (from Barbara Daly's make-up range from Tescos - 拢5ish) which adds a slightly sunkissed glow without the horror of turning orange! Hope that helps, :)

(Sorry, can't find the Tesco's products details online)
I use Revlon Colorstay Active (Lite) everyday and set it by dusting colorstay powder. I have combination skin which is very sensitive and which clogs easily with anything. This foundation has been very very nice to my skin. No adverse effects at all. It gives you light to medium coverage. It stays put in humidity, hot weather. Looks and feels like you have no makeup on. I have not tried the other colorstay versions so I don't know about those. But this one is worth trying. Be sure to MOISTURIZE your face atleast 10-15 min. before you apply it. It makes a lot of difference. Otherwise it is a little tricky to blend. Apply it on one area at a time so it will be easier to blend. If you get the technique, it is wonderful. Read the reviwes on www.makeupalley.com
apply squeeze some foundation on to you hand, then using a sponge apply it to your nose cheekbones neck and for-head, rubbing upwards and blending well, if you use a little at first and build up the colour you'll avoid streaks, blend right down you neck and take you hair of you face to do it. finish with translucent powder to hold the colour in place.
my faves ar b never too busy too be beautiful and urban decay, they both come in beautiful bottles,
and never too busy to be beautiful, is ethically made and vegan friendly
i use clinique make-up. if you go into debenhams or boots, a specialist will find the right colour and type for your skin. it costs about 拢18-20 i think, but it lasts ages. ive had the one im using just now for about .. 8 weeks or so, being used every day, and it looks barely touched. clinique also sell foundation brushes which cost the same as the foundation itself, but i use a brush from the bodyshop for 拢10 and it works just as well =)
Hi , i use max factor two in one which is great!the foundation has a moisturiser in it .It has took me ages to find a foundation that stays on and looks good as well and u can't beat this one.
It is 拢12.99 thou but it lasts for ages, u can get it in superdrug or boots. It gives u baby soft skin, i even have my friends buying it.
To be honest i'm not a big fan of liquid foundations, they make my skin real red after aplying and dry too quickly. Try dream matte mouse comes in light colours, apply with fingers because the heat from your skin helps to blend. it can also be mixed with a general moisturiser for less coverage.
It's great
xx
