i've never used mineral makeup, but i've always wanted to %26amp; now i don't know how lol. all i mean is do i use it by itself %26amp; without liquid foundation or is it just like a loose powder that goes over liquid makeup? dumb question, i know...Can NYC pressed mineral foundation powder be used in place of liquid foundation or does it go on top of base?
Yes it can be used at a regualr foundation. I dont like liquid so i use Bare Minerals powder foundation. And you can use powder to set your liquid foundation, that means after you are done applying the foundation you put powder over top.
